Katera Wins at Eddie’s Attic, Advances to Summer Shootout

Singer-songwriter and guitarist Katera took home the win at Eddie’s Attic, standing out among 19 acts and earning a return invitation to compete in the venue’s Bi-Annual Songwriter’s Open Mic Shootout.

Long regarded as one of metro Atlanta’s most respected listening rooms, Eddie’s Attic has served as a proving ground for emerging and established artists alike. Katera’s solo acoustic performance highlighted her melodic instincts and lyrical clarity, qualities that continue to shape her evolving sound.

She will return this summer for the competition. According to Eddie’s Attic, past winners have included John Mayer, Clay Cook, Jacob Jeffries Band, and Jennifer Nettles (of Sugarland).
